How Peptide Dosing Works
Peptide protocols are defined by four variables: the dose per administration, the frequency, the cycle length, and the rest period between cycles. Change any one of them and the total exposure changes. That is why a dosing plan matters more than any single number — two people can take “the same peptide” and run completely different total doses.
Most peptides are measured in micrograms (mcg), which makes small arithmetic errors expensive. This calculator keeps the math explicit: it shows the reference range, where your selected level falls inside it, and exactly how the weekly and cycle totals are derived.

Why does the calculator show a range instead of one number?+
Because honest dosing is a range. Response varies by individual, and false precision is one of the biggest red flags in peptide content. The protocol level you select chooses a position inside that range.
What does 'cycle length' mean and why does it matter?+
A cycle is the planned on-period for a compound, followed by time off. Cycles limit cumulative exposure, reduce the chance of desensitization (especially for GH secretagogues), and create checkpoints to reassess whether continuing makes sense.

Because peptide planning fails at the vial level. Knowing a full 12-week protocol needs, say, 8 vials of 5 mg lets you plan supply and cost up front instead of running out mid-cycle.
